Technical highlights

• Multi-component: simultaneous online analysis of multiple gases.
• Universal: 500+ gases can be measured, including symmetric molecules (N2, H2, F2, Cl2, etc.), and gas isotopologues (H2, D2,T2, etc.).
• Rapid response: < 2 seconds.
• Maintenance-free: can withstand high pressure, direct detection without consumables (no chromatographic column or carrier gas).
• Wide quantitative range: ppm ~ 100%.

Introduction

Based on Raman spectroscopy, Raman gas analyzer can detect all gases except noble gases (He, Ne, Ar, Kr, Xe, Rn, Og), and can realize the simultaneous online analysis of multi-component gases.

Following gases can be measured:

•  CH4, C2H6, C3H8, C2H4 and other hydocarbon gases in petrochemical field

•  F2, BF3, PF5, SF6, HCl, HF and other corrosive gases in fluorine chemical industry and electronic gas industry

•  N2, H2, O2, CO2, CO, etc. in the metallurgical industry

•  HN3, H2S, O2, CO2, and other fermentation gas in the pharmaceutical industry

•  Gas isotopologues including H2, D2, T2, HD, HT, DT

•  ...

Software Functions

The gas analyzer adopts the quantitative model of multiple standard curves, combined with the chemometric method, to establish the relationship between the spectral signal (peak intensity or peak area) and the content of multi-component substances.

Changes in sample gas pressure and test conditions do not affect the accuracy of quantitative results, and there is no need to establish a separate quantitative model for each component.

Usage/implementation

Through valve control, it can achieve the functions of reaction monitoring:

• Monitoring the concentration of each component in reactant gas.
• Alarm for impurities in reactant gas.
• Monitoring the concentration of each component in exhaust gas.
• Alarm for hazardous gases in exhaust gas.
